Adding and editing Call configurations

Site managers can add and edit Call configurations. The Call configuration is used by a Recording alias. See Understanding recording configurations.

To add a new Call configuration:

1.Go to Management settings > Call configurations.

2.Click Add Call configuration.

3.Complete the fields using the table below.

4.Click Save.

You can also use an existing Call configuration, change its fields (see below) and then click Save as.

To edit an existing Call configuration

1.Go to Management settings > Call configurations.

2.Click Edit for the Call configuration that you want to update.

3.Change any fields as appropriate using the table below.

4.Click Save.
