After a conference has been recorded, con ference editors can up date the conference as fol lows:
• Editing conference information and per m issions: conference i nformation is u se d to search for
the conference in th e Recorded confer ences list. Conference perm issions define who can
view the conference an d who can edit it.
• Managing conference outputs: how the conference is made available to u sers - the format and
size of outputs and whether it is viewable in t he Content Server int erface, downloadab le or
distributed to Pod cast Producer or iTun es U.
• Indexing, cropping & concatenating conferences in the Content Editor: delete unwanted portions
of a conference or join t wo conferences tog et her.
Site managers can ed it all conferences.
