portable device (iP od or Zune). The download link only appears if the appropriate download
output formats h ave b een produced for a conferen ce.
• Share: see Send ing a link so others can wat ch a conference. The S hare link only appears for
conferences with st reaming outputs beca u se the link opens the C ont ent Viewer (see Watching
a conference in th e C ontent Server web interfac e). The link provided can be copied and pasted
in to your email appl i ca tion or you can click Em ail to open a new email in you r em ail application
with the link to th e co nference included. I f the conference requires a p assword for securit y, a
prompt is displayed when the link is used.
