All recorded confer en ces are listed. Sit e managers can edit all reco rded
conferences.
Common features
These pages have a number of common featu r es:
• Category:
Select a Category from the drop-down list to on ly see conferences belon g ing to that Category.
Selecting All disp lays all the conferences t h at you have access to. Th e n umber of conferences
that you can view in each Category is displayed in brackets after th e n ame in the drop-down list.
• Search:
Enter a conference nam e, description, sp eaker, location or keyword to search for a part icular
conference. (These a r e p art of the conference i n formation entered from the Recording al ias
used during the call , and can be edited by the co nference editors at any ti me.)
• Sort by (Not available for Pend ing conferences):
Select a sort to rearran ge the conferences in the list. By default, conferences are sorted b y
date, with the most recent one at the top. (The P ending list shows the ord er in which
conferences will b e p rocessed and their ou t puts produced. Con feren ces that are currentl y b eing
processed are high lighted.)
• Page: If the numb er of co nferences is such th at there is more than on e page in the list, the
Page links allow you t o m ove between pages.
• Show only conferen ces th at I can ed it : Displayed for conference editors only. Th is check box
allows you to display the list showing only conferences that you can edit, rather than including
those that you can on ly play, download and sh are.
In addition, if the foll owing links are d i splayed for a conference, you can:
• Play/Play options: see Watching a conferen ce in the Content Ser ver web interface. Click Pla y
to have the Content V iewer choose the best st ream for you to view based on you r bandwidth.
To manually choose a con ference size or bit rat e t o play, choose a link u nder Play options.
o If these links do not appear, streaming out puts have not been created for the conference.
o If you see a icon beside the Pla y button and Play is disa bled, you do not have th e
appropriate medi a p layers installed on your co mputer to watch th e conference. Click on
the icon to find out which players you are missi n g and see your preference s for more
information. I f you see the icon but you can stil l play the conference, th en your
