5. Click Download exported conference and save the exported .tcb file to an external netwo r k
location.
The .tcb file remains on the source Conten t Server for a week from th e date of exporting before b eing
automatically delet ed . During this t ime you can update the in formation and outputs for t h is conference
and export it again by clicking Update exported conference. This replaces th e original .tcb file with
an updated one.
Importing a conference
The Content Server web interface upload functionality checks the files inside the .tcb bundle, their
structure and the si gnature of the bundl e, and rejects invalid or cor r u pted files. File s with incorrect
extensions (an exten sion other than .tcb ) uploaded through Rem ote Desktop to the Cont ent Server's
Imports shortcut are not displayed on th e Import Conference page.
To import a file
1. Upload the .tcb file by one of the following methods:
a. Through the web interface:
Go to Management settings > Import conference and click Upload File.
Browse to the .tcb fil e of t he conference you wan t to import and click Upload.
Automatically import conferences after upload is selected by default and then step 2
is then unnecessary. I f you deselect this check box, the conferen ce file will be upload ed
and displayed on the Import conference page with the status Not Imported - go on to
step 2.
b. Through Remote Desktop, for example if the fil e is larger than 2GB or i s taking too long to
upload through th e web i nterface:
Copy the exported .t cb file to the Imports shor t cut on the desktop.
The conference is disp layed on the Import conference page wit h the status Not Impor t ed.
2. In Management settings > Import conference select the file and click Import to start
unpacking th e .tcb file. This may take a while. After all the co nference output s h ave been
unpacked and conferen ce state has changed to Imported, the con feren ce is displayed in
Recorded conferen c es .
3. The import file can be del et ed from the Import Conference page. This deletes the .tcb file but
does not affect th e i m p orted conference in Recorde d Conferences.
