Indexing a conference Play the conference an d pause it where you wan t an index, or click on t he seek bar to jump to a p oint
in the video, then click Add index. Type in a name and click Save and close.
Cropping a conference To crop a conference, m ove the sliders to where you want the conferenc e to start and stop and click
Save and close.
Removing a sectio n in the middl e of a conferen ce You may have recorded a co nference that you are an editor of that has a b reak in the middle that you
want to remove. This is h ow it is done:
1. Open the conference in t he Content Editor as d escribed above.
2. Click Join recording to show the list of conferen ce s that can be join ed to this one. Add the
same conference again b y clicking Join recording next to the conference name.
3. Click on the first thumb nail and then adjust th e Out point of the origi nal conference to the
beginning of the sect ion you want to remove.
When you join a recordin g, the conference th umbnails appear next t o the conference cont rols.
In the example imag e, the highlighted thum bnail is the original co nference and the th um b nail of
the joined conference is beside it.
4. Click on the second thumbnail and th en adjust the In point of the 'joined' copy of th e co nference
to the end of the sect i on that you want to remove.
5. If required, add ind exes t o each conference and cl ick Save and close.
6. Check the result in the Content Viewer.
7. If necessary, repeat th e steps to make any final ad justments.
