Logging in to the web interface
What you see when th e C i sco TelePresence Cont en t Server web interface opens depends on whet h er
guest access is enabled:
If guest access is en abled, you see the list of recorded conference s that guest users h ave
permission to see. As the guest user you can play some or all of these con ferences.
If guest access is n ot enabled, you are promp ted to log in (also called authenticating) . After
you have logged in, the list of recorded con ferences is displayed.
To do more than watch con ferences you need to log in, and what you can then do depends on your
role. The local adm inistrator and other u sers who are also site m anagers have full pri vileges. For more
about roles, see Understanding use r s and groups.
To log in:
1. Using a web browser, enter t he host name or IP add ress of the Content Server.
2. Click Log in in the top right of the win dow.
3. Enter your user name and password. Contact you r local site manag er for more informat i on.
The Recorded conferences list opens and the appropriate menus for your rol e are displayed
at the top of the page.
