The description used when a

The information en t ered in these fields can
be searched in the View conferences pages
to help users find th e conference.
If no information is en tered in these fields, the
conference will not have that information .
For outgoing calls, you can overwrite the
default in Conference setup > Create
conference.
The Recording alias Owner can change
these fields.
Speaker
The speaker used when a
conference is created by an

.
Location
The location of the con ference
used when a conference i s

Copyright
Any applicable copyright

conferences.
For incoming calls, if no Category is select ed
here, the conference will not belong to a
Category and will onl y be listed when all
Categories are disp layed.
For outgoing calls you can overwrite the
default in Conference setup > Create
conference.
Categories can be creat ed or edited (and
deleted) by site man agers: click Add or Edit.
Clicking Retur n in the Categories p ag e
returns you to this page.
