The functions

FC1 / FC1 Ex

Switching between lines (call partners)

During a conversation, you may dial a second call number (internal or exter- nal) and subsequently switch between the two call partners. The waiting call partner cannot hear the other conversation. You can always see which partner you are currently connected to on the display.

Starting a second conversation

You are speaking on the handset.

Activate a refer-back call.

Enter the desired number, e.g. 7 6 5 4. The number 7654 appears in the dis- play. Your initial call partner is left waiting.

Switching

R

The R button can be used to switch from the call partner just connected to the waiting call partner, and vice versa.

Disconnecting the current call partner

Clrdown. You are connected to the remaining call partner.

Ending switching between lines

Replace the handset. Your own line is free again. The other two call partners are connected to each other.
