17.Switched ON / OFF – ON is displayed when the unit’s switched outlets are turned on and receiving power; otherwise, “OFF” is displayed.

18.Remote ON / OFF – ON is displayed when the unit’s rear-panel “Remote IN” on/off control is set to “ON” (see rear-panel item #40a). When on, another component, like a preamp, can act as a remote control for this unit’s switched power outlets. So, turning the preamp on or off will cause this unit’s switched outlets to power on or off, respectively. When “Remote” is ON, the front panel’s “Switched” button is disabled (since another device is now turning the power on and off for all switched outlets).
