1 tasse (219 g) de cassonade

1 bâtonnet (113 g) de beurre

10oz (283 g) de mini guimauves, divisées

¼c. à thé de cannelle

¼c. à thé de muscade

¼c. à thé de gingembre Pincée de sel

MARCHE À SUIVRE

1.Préchauffer le four à 375°F (190°C).

2.Peler les ignames et les couper en morceaux de 1,5 cm (1 po). Les déposer dans une casserole moyenne et les couvrir d'eau. Porter à ébullition et cuire jusqu'à qu'à ce qu'elles soient ramollies. Égoutter.

3.Assembler le corps du moteur au pied presse-purée. Sélectionner le réglage plus grossier et, à la vitesse 15, broyer jusqu'à consistance grumeleuse.

4.Dans une casserole moyenne, mettre le sucre, le beurre, la moitié des guimauves, la cannelle, la muscade, le gingembre et une pincée de sel. Chauffer à feu moyen jusqu'à ce que les guimauves soient fondues, puis ajouter les ignames et bien mélanger.

5.Déposer le mélange dans un plat de cuisson de 9 x 12 po (22 x 25 cm) et recouvrir du reste des guimauves. Cuire au four 15 min ou jusqu'à ce que les guimauves soient dorées.
