g Slide the Pick-up Roller (1) to the left edge while turning the Pick-up Roller.

h Close the Pick-up Roller Cover firmly.

 

i Close the Front Cover and the Top Cover.

 

j Reset the counter (see Reset the Usage Counters on page 189).

NOTE

Confirm the following items:

•The value of Pick-up Roller Count is 0 (see Check Consumable Replacement Cycle on page 182).

•The error message on the Status Monitor has been cleared.

•The LCD or LED indications do not show Replace Roller and Replace Pad.
