Scan to PC

Connect the machine and your computer with a USB cable.

Scan to Net Device 1/Net Device 2

Check the following and then try again.

The WLAN is enabled.

The network settings are correct.

Your wireless access point/router is turned on.

Close the Front Cover of the machine.

Clear the document jam. See

Document Jam on page 200.

Pull the plastic card out from the machine.

Close the Top Cover. Do not B open the Top Cover while a plastic card is inserted into the Card Slot.

Pull the plastic card out from the machine. Do not insert a plastic card into the Card Slot while the Top Cover is open.

Your machine cannot save to a USB flash drive if it contains too many files. Disconnect the USB flash drive, press

, delete unused files or

folders from the root folder of the USB flash drive and then try again.
