Packing and Shipping the Machine
When you transport the machine, use the packing materials that came with your machine. If you do not pack the machine properly, any damage that may occur in transit may not be covered by your warranty. The machine should be adequately insured with the carrier.
a Fold the Document Support Arms (1) and then close the Top Cover (2) gently.

b Wrap the machine in the bag it originally came in.
