b Place your document, face down, top edge first in the document feeder between the Guides until you feel it touch the inside of the machine.

Receipts

NOTE

•You can fold the receipt in two places so that it overlaps and then insert it into the Receipt Carrier Sheet if the receipt is longer than the Receipt Carrier Sheet.

•When the Receipt Carrier Sheet is scanned, the 30 mm glued portion at the leading edge of the sheet will be automatically deleted only when using BR-Receipts (see Scan Receipts Using BR-Receipts (Windows®) on page 92 or Scan Receipts Using BR-Receipts (Macintosh) on page 104).
