1.Press Menu.

2.Press 8.

3.Press 3.

4.Press Z (left arrow) and X (right arrow) to select FAX FORWARD.

5.Press Set.

Memory Back-up of Message Manager Memory

After you plug in the electrical cord, it will take a few days to charge the battery for memory backup of the Message Manager memory. It will retain memory for several hours at full charge after a power interruption occurs.
