If the Touchscreen shows

PaperJam Front,Rear, follow these steps:

a Unplug the machine from the AC power outlet.

b (MFC-J4310DW and MFC-J4410DW) Pull the paper tray (1) completely out of the machine.

Pull paper tray #1 and then tray #2 completely out of the machine.
