DeleteAll and press OK . DeleteAll? is displayed, press OK
to confirm or Back to cancel. PhonebookEmpty will be
displayed and then the display will return to standby.
Copy an entry to another handset
1. Press . The first phonebook entry is displayed.
2. Use UPor DOWN toscroll and find the entryyou want to edit
(or search alphabetically).
3. Press
Option then use UPor DOWN todisplay PBTransfer
and press OK .
4. Press UPor DOWN to select the handset you want to copy
the entryto and press
OK .The display shows, for example
PBTrans to Handset 1 .
5. Press to exit and return to standby.
Save a phonebook number toaquick dial key
You can store up to 10 phonebook numbers on the quick dial
buttons 0 to 9 for quick and easy dialling.
1. Press . The first phonebook entry is displayed.
2. Use UPor DOWN to scroll and find the entry you want to edit
(or search alphabetically).
Press Abort to cancel at any time.
