Documents could not be received because there was insufficient memory

Remedy

Erase unnecessary documents and documents with errors from memory to

 

increase the amount of available memory. (See "Printing and Erasing

 

Documents," on p. 3-11,and Chapter 5, "Using/Arranging Documents Stored in

 

an Inbox," in the Mail Box Guide.)

Cause

A subaddress is not set in the remote machine.

 

 

Remedy

Try sending the document to the remote machine without a subaddress, or

 

request that the recipient set a subaddress.

Cause

A password is not set in the remote machine.

 

 

Remedy

Try sending the document to the remote machine without a password.

 

 

# 099

 

 

 

 

 

Cause

Sending was interrupted.

 

 

Remedy

Try sending again.

Cause

The subaddress and/or password do not match.

 

 

Remedy

Check the subaddress and/or password of the remote machine, make sure that

 

the subaddress/password you are sending with the document matches the

 

recipient's, and try again.

 

 

# 107

 

 

 

 

 

Cause

The document could not be sent because there was insufficient memory

 

available.

Remedy 1 Resend the document at a lower resolution.

Remedy 2 Erase unnecessary documents to make more memory available.

Remedy 3 If this problem occurs frequently, contact your local authorized Canon dealer.
