Printing a Document Stored in Memory

Printing a Document Stored in Memory

Follow this procedure to print a document stored in memory:

When you print a document stored in memory using the following procedure, the print is reduced to 90% of the original.

Note

1 Open the one-touch speed dial panel.

2 Press Memory Reference.

3 Use Nor Mto select PRINTDOCUMENT.

4 Press Set. M

5 Use Nor to select the transaction number (TX/RXNO.) of the document you want to print.

• If you are unsure of the transaction number (TX/RXNO.), print the DOC. MEMORY LIST (￿p. 9-5).

• A “#” before the transaction number

(TX/RXNO.) indicates that that document is being sent at that moment and can therefore not be selected.

• Use Oor Pto display details of the transaction (e.g. destination).

6Press Set.

7Press 6to print the first page only, or press # to print all pages of the document.

• The FAX prints the document.

8To continue printing other documents in memory, repeat the procedure from step 5. -or-

Press Stop to return to standby mode.
