Registering Group Dialling

If you frequently send documents to the same group of fax numbers, you can “group” these numbers under a one-touch speed dialling button or coded speed dialling code. You can then send to all the fax numbers in the group in one quick and simple operation.

When you register group dialling, you will:

–assign a one-touch speed dialling button or a coded speed dialling code for the group of fax numbers you want to register.

–group up to 123 fax numbers under that button or code. The fax numbers must already be registered for one-touch or coded speed dialling (i.e. you cannot enter the fax numbers with the numeric buttons).

–register a name for the group. This name appears in speed dialling lists.

Follow this procedure to register group dialling:

1Open the one-touch speed dial panel.

2	Press Data Registration.
3	Use ▼ or ▲ to select TELREGISTRATION.
4	Press Set.
5	Use ▼ or ▲ to select GROUPDIAL.
6	Press Set.	Ex:
7	Select a one-touch speed dialling button or
	coded speed dialling code under which you
	want to register the group.
	❏ To register a group under a one-touch
	speed dialling button:
	Use ▼ or ▲ to select the one-touch speed
		Ex:
	dialling button (01to 24) under which
	you want to register the group.
	• If a one-touch speed dialling button
	has1-TOUCHSPDalready been registered,
	or GROUPDIAL		Speed Dialling
	appears.
