Understanding the Menu System

The FAX menu system allows you to customise the way your unit operates. It consists of seven menus, each containing settings that control different functions of your FAX.

Before adjusting any settings, you may want to print the USER’S DATA LIST to check the current settings (￿below).

Printing a List to Check the Current Settings

You can print the USER’S DATA LIST to check the current settings of your FAX as well as the registered sender information (￿p. 3-5).

Follow this procedure to print the USER’S DATA LIST:

Open the one-touch speed dial panel.

Press Report.

3 Use Nor Mto select USERDATALIST.

4Press Set.

The FAX prints the USER’S DATA LIST.

The sender information is shown at the beginning of the list. The current settings of the FAX are listed after this.
