Menu Settings Summary Tables

The menus provide the functions listed and described in the tables below. Settings marked with an asterisk (*) in the tables are the initial or default values.

Setup Menu

Warning Display	On*, Off	Enables or disables the display
		warnings.
		Adjusts the time interval between
Drying Time	None, Standard*, Longer, Longest	printed sheets ejected from the
		printer to allow more time for the
		ink to dry.
Language	Jp, Us*, Fr, De, It, Es, Sw, Dk, No,	Selects the language for the printer
		operational panel menus and
	Nl, Fi
		messages.
Job Time Out	off, 1, 2, 3*, 5, 10 min.	Sets the job time out time.
	Bk ink tank*, C ink tank,	Turns off ink level detection
Ink Check Off	M ink tank, Y ink tank,
		function.
	PC ink tank, PM ink tank
Adjust Printer
Adj. Printhead
	Print Pattern	Adjusts the position of the
		printhead. First the pattern is
Position Adjust	Adj. Setting A, Adj. Setting B,
		printed, then the adjustments for A
	Adj. Setting C, Adj. Setting D,
		to F are performed as needed, based
	Adj. Setting E, Adj. Setting F
		on the results of the pattern.
	Print Pattern	Use this menu to adjust the amount
		of feed. If the printed image has
LF Adjust	Adj. Setting
		white streaks or dark streaks, select
	: -4 ~ 0* ~ +4
		the adjustment value.
Band Adjust
		Adjusts to correct banding in printed
Print Pattern		images. Prints the pattern used for
		adjustment.
		Adjusts to correct banding in printed
Adj. Setting G		images. Selects the value for
		adjustment.
