[Range] 32 ≤n1 ≤n2 ≤255 m0= 0 or m0 = 128
[Outline] This command defines he download characters. n1 is a character code to start definition
and n2 is to end definition, respectively. When defining only one character, set n1 = n2.
Youcan define the ASCII codes ranging from 32 to 255. Once the downloadcharacters a re
defined, they r emain valid unti l they are redefi ned or the downloa d deletion comman d (ESC
DC2 n1 n2) is executed.
