[Function] Specifying/Canceling the double he ight character

[Code] <1B>H <68>H n

[Outline] The data following this command is printed in double height characters, except the bit image

mode <ESC> "K" and <ESC> "L". In combination with the <SO> command, this

commandca n print double hei ght, double width char acters.

It cannot be combine d with the inverted character comma nd, <SI>. The doub le height

characters a nd ordinary characters shall bebottom -justified.
