[Range] 32 n1n2 255 m0= 0 or m0 = 128
[Outline] This command defines he download characters. n1 is a character code to start definition
and n2 is to end definition, respectively. When defining only one character, set n1 = n2.
Youcan define the ASCII codes ranging from 32 to 255.
The horizontall ya djacent dots cannot be pri nted. Once t he download bit image is defi ned,
it remains valid unt il it is redefined or the downl oad deletion command( ESC DC2 n1 n2) is
executed.
Horizontal adja cent dots cannot be printed.
