4.9 How to Remove Remaining PaperRoll(1) Open the pri nter cover.
(2)Open the auto cutter. (iDP3421/3423)
(3) Pushing the paper- free lever in the arrow direction, pull out the pape r roll.
(4)Close the auto cutter.( iDP3421/3423)

•Whenpulling out the paper (Forward/Reversedirection), be sure tooperate the paper-free
lever.

•When closing the auto cutt er, do so gently not to give a shock.
4.10 RemovingPaper Jam(1) Open the pri nter cover.
(2) Cutoff the paper near t hepa per inlet slot.
(3) Push the paper-free lever in t he arrow direction. The paper feed r oller is disengage d, to free the paper,
allowingyou to eliminate the jammed paper.
(4)Eliminate completely the paperremaining in the paper route.
