2Remove the computer cover (see "Removing the Computer Cover" on page 107).
3Remove the four screws securing the chassis fan.
4Slide the chassis fan towards the front of the computer and lift it up.
Replacing the Chassis Fan
1Follow the procedures in "Before You Begin" on page 105.

4Tighten the four screws to secure the chassis fan.
