Special tool
Repair instructions
Lime deposits can block the valve diaphragm hole
and prevent the valve from functioning properly.
It is therefore a good idea to take apart and clean
the valve regularly depending on operation
conditions and the degree of polutants and lime
content present in the water.

Valve does not open

Check that there is voltage supply to the coil.
Measure the voltage supply to the coil to check
for a possible power failure or short circuit.
Take apart the valve and check the valve
diaphragm openings.
Check the inlet filter and clean it when
necessary.
Remove the coil and clean the coil core
surfaces.

Valve does not close

Check that there is no voltage across the coil.
Normally the valve is closed when the coil is not
energized.
Check the return spring.
Check the diaphragm (pilot pressure opening).

Dismantling of the valve

1. Carefully pry off the valve coil using a screw
driver.
2. Turn and lift the valve cover using a special tool
and a wrench.(The special tool is attached to
one of the machine’s water hoses upon
delivery.)
