Cold Drink Center (327/328) Operator’s Guide

Programming The Cold Drink Center

Getting Around

Getting around the Cold Drink Center software is pretty easy once you know the features that are available to you, and how to use them. The three main parts you will use are the SERVICE KEYPAD, the SELECTION SWITCH PANEL, and the

DISPLAY.

The Service Keypad

For most of your programming jobs, you will be using the service keypad, conveniently located on the monetary panel. The service keypad has 16 keys. The three columns on the left are the MODE keys. The right hand

column contains the MOVEMENT keys.

The Selection Switch Panel

The selection switch panel is also located on the monetary panel. Unlike the service keypad, it is accessible when the cabinet door is closed. These are the keys the customer will use to make selections. You can also use these keys during programming procedures.

325, 327 specifications

Everpure is known for its commitment to providing high-quality water filtration solutions, and their 327 and 325 series are prime examples of this dedication. Designed primarily for commercial use, these models are crafted to enhance the flavor of beverages and ensure safe, crystal-clear drinking water.

The Everpure 327 is engineered specifically for applications like espresso machines, commercial coffee brewing, and other foodservice needs. It minimizes scale buildup and helps prevent corrosion, preserving the integrity and efficiency of expensive equipment. The filter uses a unique blend of activated carbon and a proprietary ion-exchange resin, which effectively reduces contaminants such as chlorine, sediment, and particulate matter. This not only enhances taste but also contributes to a cleaner and longer-lasting appliance.

Meanwhile, the Everpure 325 serves as a trusted solution for foodservice operations that require high-quality filtered water. Featuring similar filtration technologies, it prioritizes the removal of undesirable tastes and odors while also tackling unwanted chemicals such as cysts and lead. The 325 model is versatile and can handle a variety of applications, making it ideal for establishments such as restaurants, cafes, and bars.

One standout feature of both models is their exclusive Micro-Pure technology. This technology works to inhibit the growth of bacteria and other microorganisms within the filter, promoting a healthier environment and reducing the risk of contamination. Additionally, the filters are designed for easy installation and maintenance, providing a user-friendly experience for operators.

Both the Everpure 327 and 325 are built with a focus on durability and reliability. They come with a long-lasting filter life, which minimizes the need for frequent replacements, thus saving on operational costs. Their capacity to provide consistent water quality means operators can focus more on serving their customers rather than worrying about water quality issues.

In summary, the Everpure 327 and 325 series stand out for their advanced filtration technology, which effectively improves taste and quality while ensuring equipment longevity. With features aimed at optimizing performance and safety, these models are indispensable for any commercial kitchen or foodservice operation looking to provide the best to its customers.
