Command Reference

7.4.1.10description

This command is used to add a description for the interface.

Syntax

description <string>

<dtring> - Up to 64 characters describing this interface.

None

7.4.1.11storm-control flowcontrol

This command enables 802.3x flow control for all interfaces on the IBP. Note: This command only applies to full-duplex mode ports.

Syntax

storm-control flowcontrol no storm-control flowcontrol

no - This command disables 802.3x flow control for all interfaces on the IBP.

Disabled

This command enables 802.3x flow control for the specific interface.

Note: This command only applies to full-duplex mode ports.
