Three different unit systems are available:
• Imperial (English)
• Metric (SI)
• Native (Platform)
If Display units is set to Native (Platform), then values are displayed in the same
units that the internal control uses. The followin g table specifies some of the unit
system differences.

Language Display As lon g as the keypad has been configured corr ectly, the DDI can display its menu
and status inform ation in an alternat e language.
Note Presently this function is not yet operational.
Function configuration
Parameter Description
Language Selects the language in which to display all information in the DDI.
Possible selections are:
English - Displays DDI text in English.
Native - Displays DDI text in the native language that is specified
when DDI Menus are downloaded from the toolbox (see below).
Function description
To display the DDI text in a non-English language, the user must first down load the
appropriate DDI Menu s. The user can perform this operati on from the toolbox by
selecting fr om the menu bar: Devi ce > Download > D DI Menus.
The user will then be prompted to select an alternate language to download to the
DDI.
