The following warnings are for the setup, use, grounding, maintenanceand repair of this equipment. The
exclamation point symbol alerts you to a generalwarning and the hazard symbol refers to procedure-specific
risks. When these symbols appear in the body of this manual refer back to these Warnings. Product-specific
hazard symbols and warnings not coveredin this section may appear throughout the body of this manual
where applicable.
WARNING
ELECTRIC SHOCK HAZARD
This equipment must be grounded. Improper grounding, setup, or usage of the system can
cause electric shock.
Turn off and disconnect powerat main switch before disconnecting any cables and before
servicing equipment.
Connect only to grounded power source.
All electrical wiringmust be done by a qualified electrician and comply with all local codes
and regulations.
TOXIC FLUID OR FUMES
Toxic fluids or fumes can cause serious injuryor death if splashed in the eyesoronskin,
inhaled, or swallowed.
Read MSDSs to know the specific hazards of the fluids you are using.
Store hazardous fluid in approved containers, and dispose of it according to applicable
guidelines.
CARBON MONOXIDE HAZARD
Exhaust contains poisonous carbon monoxide, which is colorless and odorless. Breathing
carbon monoxide can cause death.
Do not operate in an enclosed area.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
You must wear appropriate protectiveequipment when operating, servicing, or when in the
operating area of the equipmentto help protect you from serious injury, including eye injury,
hearing loss, inhalationof toxic fumes, and burns. Thisequipment includes but is not limited to:
Protective eyewear, and hearingprotection.

pirators, protective clothing, and glovesas recommended by the fluid and solvent
manufacturer.
