Operating environment

The environmental requirements listed below must be maintained to ensure the proper operation of the HP LaserJet 3100/3150 product.

Normal storage	Temperature: 32 to 95°F (0 to 35°C)
	Humidity: 35 to 85 percent relative humidity

Consider the following before installing the printer:

●Install in a well-ventilated, dust-free area.

●Install on a hard, flat, continuous surface, with all four feet level. Do not install on carpet or other soft surfaces.

●Ensure adequate power is supplied.

Note	Uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) may be used with the
	HP LaserJet 3100/3150 product.
	● Install away from direct sunlight, open flames, or ammonia fumes.

If the HP LaserJet 3100/3150 product is placed near a window, make sure the window has a curtain or blind to block direct sunlight.

● Install with enough space around the product for proper access and ventilation.

● Install away from the direct flow of exhaust from air ventilation systems.
