Specifies which DS0 channels from the DTE Drop/Insert (DSX-1) interface are voice channels and should pass Robbed Bit Signaling information to the network interface.

Line 1 displays the 24 channels for the DTE Drop/Insert (DSX-1) interface. Line 2 displays whether the DS0 channel indicated in Line 1 is a voice or data channel. Possible values for Line 2 are:

Value Meaning

RBS This DS0 channel is a voice channel carrying RBS information. When this DS0 channel is assigned to a network DS0 channel, RBS information is preserved across the connection.

None This DS0 channel is a data channel that does not contain RBS information. Signaling is not preserved across the connection.
