ERROR CODE E1025 EXT AXIS connecting error. (code XX)
Occurs when the gun axis connection is not normally completed.

Main causes include:
1. Motion range for gun or the limit value for clamping force is not set correctly.
2. Defective gun or gun brake circuit.
3. No response from servo software.
4. Defective 1KB board.
5. Defective 1KP board.
Verify that the servo gun’s upper and lower limits are correctly set in AUX 1011.
U
se the gun brake release switch, release the gun’s brake. Manually move the gun to
check for mechanical binding.
Adjust the clamping force in AUX 1021.
Reinstall the servo software.
Check brake circuit and repair as necessary.
Replace the 1KB board.
Replace the 1KP board.

ERROR CODE E1026 Main CPU mismatch.
This error occurs when the are conflicting CPU cache settings.
Change the CPU cache setting to “No” and cycle controller power OFF and ON.
Use the ZCPUCACH instruction to set the CPU cache setting to “OFF”.
