3.Wrap the longer end of the pad around the pad holder and insert it into the pen slot.

4. Pull the other edge of the pad to tighten it.

5.Repeat steps 1 to 4 for the other end of the pad holder.

6.Remove the paper tray from the printer. Remove the cover from the tray.

7.Remove the media and blue stiffener sheet from the tray.

8.Set the media on a freshly cleaned surface.

9.Insert the prepared pad holder into the paper tray.

The posts on the bottom of the pad holder fit into the holes near the front of the paper tray.

10.Load the paper tray back into the printer.

11.Make a test print.

12.Wait for the printer to cycle and for the error light on the display panel to illuminate.

13.Remove the tray from the printer, then reinsert it.

14.Wait for the printer to cycle and for the error light to illuminate again.
