3.Connect the LocalTalk cable to the two connectors.

5.Turn the printer On (press the power switch on the side of the printer to ).
IMPORTANT: The printer can initialize itself only if the computer is On.
Connecting a SCSI cable
The SCSI connection is active only when the printer is operating in raster mode. The default SCSI ID for the printer is 5.
To connect a SCSI cable:
1.Make sure that both the printer and the computer are turned Off.
