Changing the Display

Language

You can change the language used on the display. The default setting is En- glish.

A Press the {User Tools/Counter} key.

The User Tools Main Menu ap- pears.

B Press the [Español] key.

Displaying the Total Counter

You can display the total number of sheets used for all functions and total number of sheets used for copying.

A Press the {User Tools/Counter} key.

B Press the [Counter] key.

The totals are displayed.

The display language is changed to

Spanish.

C To print a counter list, press the [Print Counter List] key.

A confirmation dialog box ap- pears.

D Press the {Start} key.

A counter list is printed.
