3.VerifythatthelatestUEFIBIOSforyourmodelhasbeeninstalled.
4.Verifythepropermemorycongurationandcompatibilityincludingthemaximummemorysizeandthe

Solution:Makesurethat:
–Thecableisinstalledcorr ectly.
ThenetworkcablemustbesecurelyconnectedbothtotheEthernetconnectorofyourcomputerand
totheRJ45connectorofthehub.Themaximumallowabledistancefr omthecomputertohubis
100meters.Ifthecableisconnectedandthedistanceiswithinacceptablelimitsbutthepr oblem
persists,tryadifferentcable.
–Youareusingthecorrectdevicedriver.
1.GotoControlPanelandclickHardwareandSound➙DeviceManager.Ifyouarepromptedfor
anadministratorpasswordorconrmation,typethepasswordorprovideconrmation.
2.Iftheex clamationmark!isdisplayednexttotheadapternameunderNetworkadapters,you
mightnotbeusingthecorrectdriverorthedrivermighthavebeendisabled.T oupdatethedriver,
right-clickthehighlightedadapter.
