TROUBLESHOOTING & REPAIR

METER CIRCUIT ACCURACY TEST

WARNING

Service and repair should be performed by only Lincoln Electric factory trained personnel. Unauthorized repairs performed on this equipment may result in danger to the technician or machine operator and will invalidate your factory warranty. DESCRIPTION

This test will help determine if the LN-9 GMA meter circuit is functioning properly.

MATERIALS NEEDED

Phillips head screwdriver

Digital volt/ohmmeter (multimeter) with at least 3-1/2 digits and ± 0.5% accuracy Slot head screwdriver

3/8" Nut driver

This procedure takes approximately 17 minutes to perform.
