Connecting the RJ-45 Network Uplink Interface

Complete the following steps to connect the RJ-45 network uplink.

To ensure the 1000 Base-T performance, please using the standard Category 5, 6, 7 Ethernet UTP cable.

1Connect one end of the RJ-45 to the “GigE 1” or “GigE 2” port on the NCT480 front panel.

2Connect the other end of RJ-45 to the Layer 2 / Layer 3 switch router of provider’s IP network.
