Note 4: Both the Subrate and Extreach attributes must have the same values. Both attributes must be either enabled or disabled. If these values are not identical for both of these attributes, the "Client Service Mismatch" alarm is raised.

Note 5: “Unknown” will be displayed when EXTREACH = DISABLE or BBC value is greater than 255.
