TOD synchronization parameters (Site Manager)

TOD parameters applicable to NP and SP
Status	(Off), On	Indicates if time of day synchronization is active or
		inactive.
Offset threshold	1 to 1800 seconds for NP	Time of day offset threshold allowed in seconds. If
	2 to 8 seconds for SP	the threshold is exceeded, a TOD threshold
	(default is 5 seconds)	crossing alert is generated.
Server parameters	Source is 1 to 5 for NP	The source, address and status of the timing
(Source, Address,	Source is 1 or 2 for SP	reference.
Status)	Address is IP address of	IS-IDLE, Server has not responded but is kept as

Minimum Polling	(2) to 65536 seconds	Minimum polling interval when timing reference
Interval	Increments of 2N where N is	source is checked. Increase the polling period if
	1, 2, 3...16.	your NTP server(s) are overworked or if precision
		is not an issue.
Maximum Polling	2 to 65536 seconds	Maximum polling interval when timing reference
Interval	(default is 16)	source is checked.
	Increments of 2N where N is
	1, 2, 3...16.
Time Of Day	YYYY-MM-DD	Current time of day and time.
	HH:MIN:SEC.millisec
Detected offset	+/- hh,mm,sec or	Difference between the timing reference source
