Call Forwarding your calls
Introduction
This chapter shows the following ways that you can forward your calls:
Call Forwarding your calls to Enterprise Edge Voice Messaging
Setting up Call Forward remotely
Call Forward with Caller ID (CLID)
Call Forwarding your calls to Enterprise Edge Voice Messaging
To forward incoming calls to your mailbox, press ƒ·°›.
To cancel Call Forward, do one of the following:
press ƒ·°› again
press
press ƒ£›
press CANCEL
Setting up Call Forward remotely
When you are away from the office, you can forward your calls to your Enterprise
Edge Voice Messaging mailbox by using the dialpad of any touch tone phone.
To access your Personal mailbox from another location and set up Remote Call
Forward:
1. Call the Automated Attendant or your Enterprise Edge telephone from any
touch tone phone.
2. While the greeting plays, press ••, or in the UK press °°.
3. Enter your mailbox number and password and press £.
4. Press °.
5. Press ¤.
6. Press to turn call forwarding from the Call Forward menu on or off.
