4-1 Registering Destination Information

3. Perform the various settings as appropriate.

1Registration Name field: The destination name can be up to 16 characters long.

*You can not register a name that has already been registered.

2Fax Number field: The destination fax number can be up to 32 characters long. [Available characters: 0 – 9, #, *, - and a space (a space can NOT be entered as the first character)]

3Subaddress field: The sub-address can be up to 20 characters long. [Available characters: 0 – 9, #, * and a space (a space can NOT be entered as the first character)]

4Password field: The password can be up to 20 characters long. [Available characters: 0 – 9, #, * and a space (a space can NOT be entered as the first character)]

5Company Name field: The company name can be up to 64 characters long.

6Department Name field: The department name can be up to 64 characters long.

7Recipient Name field: The name of the recipient can be up to 20 characters long.

4.Click on the OK button.

The entered information will be displayed in the address list area of the Address Book for Network FAX dialogue box.

5.In order to actually register the new information in the Address Book, select Apply from the File menu (or click on the Apply button).
