3.11.2 With the base unit

1{CALLER ID}

2Press {B} to search from the recently received caller

information.

LIf you press {A}, the display order will be

reversed.

LA Q on the display means the item has already

been viewed or answered.

3Lift the handset or press {SP-PHONE} to return the

call.

LTo send a fax, insert the document FACE DOWN

and press {FAX START}.

To change the way caller information is displayed

Press {CALLER ID} repeatedly after step 2.

What “,” means

“,” on the display means the call has already been

viewed or answered.

To stop viewing

Press {STOP}.

Note:

LTelstra and Optus do not currently send caller name

information.

3.12 Editing a caller’s telephone number before calling back

3.12.1 With the cordless handset

2Press {^} or {V} repeatedly to display the desired

item.

4Edit the number.

LPress dial key ({0} to {9}) to add, {C/T} to

delete.

5{C}, {s} or #

3.12.2 With the base unit

1Press {CALLER ID}.

2Press {A} or {B} repeatedly to display the desired

item.

3Press {CALLER ID} repeatedly to display the

telephone number.

4Edit the number.

LPress dial key ({0} to {9}) to add, {STOP} to

delete.

5Lift the handset or press {SP-PHONE} to call back

the edited number.

LThe unit will start dialling automatically.

LTo send a fax, insert the document FACE DOWN

and press {FAX START}.

Note:

LTelstra and Optus do not currently send caller name

information.

3.13.1 With the cordless handset

To erase all caller information

1Press {MENU} repeatedly to display “CALLER

SETUP”. i {SET}

L“CALL LIST ERASE” will be displayed.

LTo cancel erasing, press {STOP}, then {MENU}.

To erase specific caller information

1{CALLER ID}

2Press {A} or {B} repeatedly to display the desired
