Static DHCP (IP Address Reservation):
The Static DHCP function allows you to stabilize the IP address assigned to the computer
by registering the computer’s MAC address. Up to 5 entries can be registered. The first
entry is reserved for the handset.
1Click [Add] under the Static DHCP (IP Address Reservation) heading in LAN/DHCP
Server page (page 152), then configure the settings.
LYou can also select the setting from the DHCP Server Lease Table. Click [Add] in the
“Operation” column under the Setting From DHCP Server Lease Table heading.
LWhen you click [Refresh], the network connection status is refreshed.
2Click [Add] under the Manual Setting heading.
3Click [Restart].
LThe base unit automatically restarts and the Top Menu is displayed.
Setting Description
[MAC Address] LEnter the LAN card’s MAC address for the corresponding
computer.
LSet 12 hexadecimal characters, with separation by colon(:) of
every 2 digits (e.g.12:34:56:78:9F:0A).
[IP Address] LEnter the IP address that you want to stabilize for the
corresponding computer.
