6.Enter each Batch Data record on a separate line, as follows.

∙Type the field number, followed by a comma.

∙Type the field data. Place quotation marks around the word or phrase.

∙Type a line for all fields for fixed or copied fields. Enter only quotation marks.

∙Place a split vertical bar p after the field data.

∙Go to a new line and enter the next field the same way.

Your file should look something like this.
