If you are not sure whether you have optional formats, here is how to check.

1.Turn the printer On and press 8 to go to the Main Menu.

2.Press 2 until you see Batch Entry.

3.Press 6.

4.Press 1 or 2 until you see Permanent.

5.Press 6.

then your printer is not equipped with optional formats. Press 6 to continue.
